Wall Street Workshops works with various groups or individuals who have marketing connections, know-how or facilities to put on trading workshops. We offer the following opportunities:
HOST The role of the HOST is to: SUPPLY VENUE & FACILITIES RECRUIT WORKSHOP ATTENDEES ACT AS WORKSHOP MC The Host may receive a VOLUME DISCOUNT. The Corporate Host usually recruits from within his or her organization. | PARTNER (per Workshop) The role of the WORKSHOP PARTNER is to: SUPPLY VENUE & FACILITIES RECRUIT WORKSHOP ATTENDEES ACT AS WORKSHOP MC The Partner receives 40% of GROSS. A Partner could be a: Business School Event Manager |
PROMOTER The role of the independent PROMOTER is to: SUPPLY VENUE & FACILITIES RECRUIT WORKSHOP ATTENDEES ACT AS WORKSHOP MC The Promoter receives 40% of GROSS. He or she may be independent of Venue. A Promoter could be ANYBODY. | AGENT The role of the AGENT is to: RECRUIT WORKSHOP ATTENDEES The Agent receives 25% of GROSS. An Agent could be ANYBODY. |
DEAR PROSPECTIVE AGENT / HOST:
TERMS: WSW may develop rapidly, and these terms are meant to be friendly and flexible. The terms should be tested on the first Workshop and possibly modified. After the first Workshop, WSW and its PARTNER may agree to a 1-year contract.
- WSW and its AGENTS-HOSTS-PROMOTERS-PARTNERS may make other separate Agreements that include, for example, Online Workshops, promotional gimmicks and other types of Workshop.
- Earl Warhus retains full control of WSW.
- WSW may hire Presenters out of its share of gross revenue.
- WSW pays the cost of Student Manuals and all other Workshop materials.
- WSW is not under obligation to help promote the Agent’s workshops.
- AGENT gets 25% on Attendees it registers, and must pay any sub-agents from this 25%.
- AGENT pays its own advertising, registration and payment processing costs.
- Payments by Attendees may be collected by the AGENT or made through the WSW website. It is important to pass these names along to WSW so that the 25% commission can be paid to Agent.
- WSW and AGENT are obligated to submit the appropriate share of revenue (75% and 25% respectively) before the START of the Workshop, setting aside some money for possible valid refund requests (missed flight; personal or family emergency, for example).
